Our Satisfaction Commitment

At ghelroxxfloxei, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our floral zone installations and botanical services. We understand that living plants are a significant investment, and we stand behind the quality of every specimen we provide.

Plant Health Guarantee Period

All plants installed by ghelroxxfloxei are covered by our 90-day health guarantee from the date of installation. During this period, if any plant fails to thrive despite following our care instructions, we will replace it at no additional charge for the plant itself.

This guarantee applies to the plant material only and does not include labor costs for replacement installation after the initial 90-day period. Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Exclusions from Guarantee

Our plant health guarantee does not cover situations resulting from:

Failure to follow the provided care instructions, including watering schedules, light requirements, or temperature recommendations.

Damage caused by pets, children, or other household activities beyond normal use.

Environmental conditions outside our control, such as extreme temperature fluctuations, inadequate ventilation, or exposure to harmful chemicals.

Natural plant processes such as seasonal leaf drop, dormancy periods, or normal aging of foliage.

Replacement Process

To request a plant replacement under our guarantee, please contact our customer service team at managers@ghelroxxfloxei.world or call +1 212-673-5380 within the 90-day guarantee period.

Our horticulture specialist will schedule a visit to assess the plant's condition and determine if replacement is warranted under the guarantee terms. If approved, we will source a comparable specimen and schedule installation at your convenience.

Project Cancellations

For floral zone installation projects, cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus costs for custom-ordered or specially sourced plants that cannot be returned to suppliers.

Cancellations made 7-14 days before installation will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, as we have typically already begun sourcing and preparing plant materials.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before installation may forfeit the entire deposit, as plants have been acquired and prepared specifically for your project.

Maintenance Service Cancellations

Ongoing maintenance service subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Any prepaid maintenance visits will be honored through the notice period or refunded on a prorated basis.

Individual maintenance appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution's policies.
