Ghelroxxfloxei provides professional floral zone design, installation, and maintenance services. Our services include botanical consultations, custom plant selections, installation of living plant displays, and ongoing care programs.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, season, and specific project requirements.
Initial consultations are provided to assess your space and discuss floral zone possibilities. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted based on final design specifications and plant availability.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Plant prices may fluctuate based on market conditions and seasonal availability.
Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by plant availability, weather conditions, or site-specific factors. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Clients must provide access to the installation site and ensure the space is prepared according to our specifications prior to the scheduled installation date.
We guarantee the health of installed plants for 90 days from installation, provided that care instructions are followed. This guarantee covers plant replacement but does not include labor costs for reinstallation after the initial 90-day period.
The guarantee does not cover damage from neglect, improper care, extreme environmental conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Maintenance services are available on a subscription basis. Service schedules are agreed upon in advance and may be adjusted seasonally based on plant needs.
Clients must provide access to the floral zone during scheduled maintenance visits. Missed appointments may be subject to rescheduling fees.
Payment schedules vary by project size. Typically, a deposit is required to begin design work and secure plant materials, with the balance due upon installation completion.
Maintenance services are billed monthly or quarterly as agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before scheduled installation will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits for custom-ordered plants.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before installation may forfeit the deposit and be responsible for costs already incurred.
All design concepts, plans, and materials created by ghelroxxfloxei remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement the design for their specific project but may not reproduce or share designs commercially.
Ghelroxxfloxei is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
